Before you write
- Run the snapshot again on the homepage if the restaurant name or place was wrong.
- Download the report from the results. It is free. No account.
- Who else is named: we never invent a mention. Check 5 is drafts only — we do not email editors.
- Already have a hosted kitchen page? Write Help with the kitchen name. We are not taking new hosted pages.
What to include
Kitchen name, the email we should answer, and whether this is a query or a complaint.
How we handle it
- Your message is filed from this form. We reply by email.
- We draft a reply. Product mail uses this Help from-line, not a personal Gmail.
- Chargeback, legal, or “I want a human” — write that in the message; we escalate.
The five checks (plain English)
- Website — a public page that is clearly yours
- Contact details — name, address, phone
- Hours and cuisine — written so assistants can read them
- Menu — dish names in text
- Who else is named — drafts only; we never invent a mention
